By accessing or using PlotSaga, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and applicable upload rules.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials and all activity performed through your account.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Stories, videos, images, links, comments, messages and other material you submit. You must own the material or have all permissions and licenses required to use and share it.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, copied without permission, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, malicious or otherwise harmful content.
5. Platform Role
PlotSaga provides a hosting and discovery platform for user-submitted content. PlotSaga does not endorse user content and does not guarantee that every submission is reviewed before publication. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for user content remains with the user who submitted it.
6. Moderation and Notices
PlotSaga may investigate reports, restrict visibility, preserve evidence, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts. Once PlotSaga receives a sufficiently specific report or legal notice, it may act promptly in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
7. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your conduct or your violation of third-party rights or these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
