1. Ownership and Permission
You retain ownership of material you created. Before uploading or linking any Story, video, image, audio or other material, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions, releases and licenses required to publish it on PlotSaga.
2. Third-Party and Embedded Content
If you link or embed content created by another person, you remain responsible for ensuring that the link, description, thumbnail and use of that content are lawful and do not misrepresent authorship or affiliation.
3. License to PlotSaga
You grant PlotSaga a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, encode, display, distribute and promote your submission solely to operate, secure and market the PlotSaga service.
4. Your Warranties
You confirm that your submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual or other rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or deceptive.
5. Moderation and Removal
PlotSaga may restrict or remove submissions, disable links and suspend repeat or serious violators. Removal does not transfer responsibility for the submission from the user to PlotSaga.
